✨ Lullara Shipping Policy 

At Lullara, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

🚚 1. Shipping Methods

We deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom using reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and other courier partners.
The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout according to your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

⏰ 2. Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK distribution centre.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 working days

💸 3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery option.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50.00 (UK mainland only)

  • For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can follow the status of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website.

🚫 5. Delays, Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Lullara cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned to us for this reason, we may need to charge an additional fee to resend it.
